Strengths:

• Ph D degree holders (Two faculties).
• Faculty participation and contribution in curriculum designing, evaluation and question paper moderation.
• Contribution of articles/paper in various books and journals.
• Participation in National seminars.

Weaknesses:

• Lack of proper awareness of students on the importance of education subject for future benefits.
• Unable to produce University toppers for the last few years.
• Slim enrolment of students.

Opportunities:

• Scope for extension services in the form of faculty exchange Programs by collaborating with other institutions.
• Looking forward for educational tours.
• Looking forward for conducting National Seminars and more participation in Faculty Development Programmes (FDPs).

Challenges:

• Better networking and strengthening relationship with Alumni.
• Incorporating technological tools in teaching learning process.
